Little Thimbles October Half Term

Want to make the most of half term? Little Thimbles holiday club is the perfect way for children to have fun while learning a new skill and letting their creativity loose.

We run small class sizes which means your child will get lots of teaching time and will be guided through each project to make something they love.

Who is this for?

Little Thimbles is suitable for children aged 8+. It is suitable for beginners and children with some previous sewing experience.

You can book onto as many classes as you like, from just one day to the full two weeks, and anything in between. Each day we will build on skills learnt in the previous session so no two days will be the same.

What will we make?

There are a variety of projects we will be making to build skills. This course is sleepover themed so the projects will include:

• Bags

• Pillowcases.

• Pyjama shorts

If your child books onto a full week they should come home with all three items, ready to go to a sleepover with their hand-made goods!

What should I bring?

• A packed lunch

• A water bottle

Thimble Works will provide everything your child needs for sewing; fabric, scissors, sewing machines and all other materials required for a successful project. If your child has a fabric they wish to use please feel free to pack this too!

We can be tricky to find for newcomers so I will send a map and landmarks after you’ve booked on.

After you’ve booked, I will send a consent form for you to fill out before starting the course.
